Deliveries

  • Nationwide Delivery is €30.
  • Most of our products are delivered in 5-10 working days depending on stock levels.
  • Some products that are marked “in stock” may take between 3-5 weeks.

How to Return Unwanted Goods

If you wish to return items, please ensure you keep the original packaging. Unfortunately, without the original packaging we are not able to refund or accept returns.

Returning Mattresses

PLEASE NOTE: for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattresses unless they are faulty.

A 25% cancellation fee per item and a €45.00 collection charge per item may be applied if you wish to return unwanted goods. This charge will be deducted from any refund processed. Transporting large goods carefully is expensive and we respectfully request that customers make themselves aware of these potential charges before purchasing.

Returning Beds, Divans & Other Items

On receiving your goods, you will have 14 days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund or exchange. Returning your product(s) will incur a 25% re-stocking charge per item and the item will be checked to ensure that it has remained sealed and is still in its original condition.

Cancellations Before Item Is Delivered

If you wish to cancel your order before the delivery has been made and it has been more than 24hrs since your order, this will incur a cancellation charge of €45.00 plus 25% of the order value.

Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: refunds will only be processed if items are packaged in their original packaging and are in a re-saleable condition. We will credit your payment card/PayPal account with the net refund (deducting any cancellation fees or collection charges) within 30 working days of us receiving the returned item/s back to us.

I had specific needs in a matress and explained them to Mark who listened to them and found me the perfect matress. Can't praise them enough for their knowledge and customer service. Highly recommended
